- 2⁄3 cups all purpose flour
- 1⁄3 cup water
- 0.5 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. Kosher salt
- 0.5 packet instant dry yeast
- 0.25 tsp. sugar
filling
- 6oz mozzarella + 4oz crumbled feta
- or 10oz sulugumi
- 1-2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
instructions
- Mix dough ingredients together, let rise in a warm place for 1hr, or in
the fridge overnight.
- Shred sulugumi or mix mozarella+feta.
- Roll out dough into a 10-inch circle on parchment paper or silicone sheet.
- Spread half the cheese on the dough, with a small border around.
- Tightly roll the dough about a third of the way toward the center on each
side. Pinch the two narrow ends of the rolls together and twist twice to
seal, making a boat shape.
- Spread the rest of the cheese in the center of the boat.
- Brush dough edges with olive oil.
- Bake at 450F (toaster oven) / 500F (big oven) for 15min. Add eggs on top,
bake for another 5min at 500F.
- Take out of the oven, add butter and flaky salt on top.
