chevre with pistachios and honey

ingredients
- 12 ounces chèvre cheese, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons half-and-half or whole milk
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄3 cup coarsely chopped, salted and roasted pistachios
- Sesame crackers or flatbread, for serving
instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. In a bowl, whisk together cheese and half-and-half or
whole milk until smooth. Spoon into a small, shallow gratin dish. Spread
level. Bake until cheese is hot in the center and beginning to firm up at
edges, about 15 minutes.
- Drizzle cheese with honey and sprinkle with pistachios. Serve immediately.
